6. Payment Terms

• Overdue payments may be subject to interest in accordance with the Prescribed Rate of Interest Act.

7. Workmanship and Warranty

Proflow Gutters SA takes pride in the quality of our work. Where a workmanship warranty is provided, it applies to the installation work performed by our team and does not cover:

• Damage caused by extreme weather events, acts of God, or external forces beyond our control.
• Damage resulting from misuse, alterations, or work performed by third parties after our installation.
• Normal wear and tear.

Material warranties are subject to the terms provided by the respective manufacturer.

8. Consumer Rights (CPA)

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. You have the right to:
